"Let's Cook a Fish the Easy Way"

Cooking a Salmon Filet is my favorite.  A full size filet of 1 to 1.5 pounds does well.  These are readily available at Wal-Mart, Sam's, Costco, and others.

Whether you are cooking a full size filet or less, I like to season the fish with a BBQ Rub or Cajun sprinkle.  A generous sprinkle important to me but you may be more cautious.  You  do not have to add oil or lemon juice at this point.  The moisture of the fish will saturate the seasoning.  (This is so easy, I do not want to make sound complicated).

Once the Cedar Board is preheated. place the fish on the board and return to oven for 20-25 minutes.

Remove board from oven and drizzle the fish with a little honey.  Sprinkle the fish with Capers.

Return to Oven for 4 minutes and the dish is ready.

While it is cooling array some parsley, lemon slices, or strawberries around the periphery and you have a beautiful "Oven to Table" main event.

Pre Heat the Board in a cold oven at 350°.  This takes about 15-20 minutes.  Just wait until the red light goes out and the board it ready.
